Property status declarations for 2024 are now closed

You can still submit a late declaration for the 2024 reference year by submitting a Notice of Complaint. The deadline to submit a Notice of Complaint without penalty for the 2024 reference year is July 3, 2026.

If we didn’t receive your declaration by February 4, 2025, you would have been issued a By-law Notice for failing to declare by deadline. If you haven’t paid your by-law fine yet, remember to do so. Failing to pay your fine may affect your credit rating. Pay ticket
